Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in that email.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations. Some products may have additional shipping restrictions due to size or customs regulations.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@puchica.ca within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@puchica.ca.
