How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely with credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay.

Can I use a discount code?
Yes! Use code FIRST15 for 15% off your first order. Enter the code in the discount field at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, contact us at support@puchica.ca within 12 hours of placing your order.

How long does shipping take?
Canada: 7-14 business days
United States: 10-18 business days
International: 15-30 business days

How much does shipping cost?
Canada: $7.99 (free on orders $75+)
US: $14.99 (free on orders $100+)
International: $24.99 (free on orders $150+)

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to Canada, the US, and many international destinations. If your country is available at checkout, we ship there!

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use the link in that email to track your package.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for details.

How do I get a refund?
Contact us at support@puchica.ca with your order number and reason for return. Once we approve the return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Are your products in stock?
Yes! All products listed on our store are in stock and ready to ship. If an item is out of stock, it will be marked as such.

Do you restock sold-out items?
We do our best to keep popular items in stock. If something is out of stock, check back soon — we restock regularly.
